At Wild Crafted Tallow, every product is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final—we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

📦 Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right! Unfortunately, after 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

🌿 Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

We provide a full ingredient list for every product—please review carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. A patch test is always recommended before adding new products to your routine.

As a small-batch, handcrafted business, natural variations in scent, texture, and color may occur—this is part of the beauty of working with pure, natural ingredients! Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal preferences.

Our products are made without preservatives or synthetic additives. To maintain their quality:

✅ Avoid introducing water into the container

🔥 Melting Disclaimer

During warmer months, our tallow-based creams and body butters may arrive softened or melted. While we do our best to package carefully, refunds will not be issued for changes in consistency. Simply:
1️⃣ Place the product upright in a cool room or refrigerator
2️⃣ Allow it to solidify before use
