Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date so we can assist you. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please review carefully for any potential allergens before ordering. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or allergies. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. We recommend performing a patch test before incorporating new products into your routine.
Scent, Texture & Appearance
As a small-batch, handcrafted business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal preferences regarding scent, texture, or color. Natural variations may occur, but rest assured, the quality and effectiveness remain the same.
Storage & Product Integrity
Our products are made without preservatives or synthetic additives. To maintain their integrity, avoid introducing water and store them in a cool, dry place.
Melting Disclaimer
During warmer months, our tallow-based creams and body butters may arrive in a softened or melted state. While we do our best to package them carefully, refunds will not be issued for changes in consistency. Simply place the product upright in a cool room or refrigerate until it solidifies—its quality and benefits remain intact.
